The 2021 Launch continues the legacy of a truly remarkable bike. This bike is still one of the best value-priced models in the market, hands down, year after year. Available in Matte Dusk Black, Gloss Digital Lime, and Matte Truffle Brown colorways, the Launch pairs its great color selection with even better components.
The Launch is equipped with both a sealed integrated headset and sealed Mid bottom bracket, which drastically improves performance and virtually eliminates maintenance of these components. Combined with a parts package that includes Kink Stryker forks, Kink T875 8.75" bars, and Mission Triumph 3pc tubular chromoly cranks, this bike is a rookies dream.

This is a short toptube.
Designed for riders who are 5' 3" to 5' 9"
This is a longer chain stay, it will give you more balance when doing manuals and pulling up for higher bunny hops.
Steep head tube angles make the bike "snappy" meaning more responsive to fast turns.
A less steep head tube gives you more control.
This is a medium/tall standover.
A medium stand over provides a good balance between responsiveness and control.
While a tall stand over allows you to pinch more of the seat for bars and t-bogs.
Kink's Launch is one of the less expensive bikes in 2021. It only costs $329, which is pretty cheap for a compact BMX bike. The Launch is designed to help new riders get into BMX for a low price, that way they can fall in love with the sport.
The quality is pretty consistent with a $300 bike. Not the best. While the 2021 launch has some good parts like the Bold HRD stem, Sever tires, and Kink Hemlock pedals. The rest of the parts are standard beginner-level parts.
It is just a little more expensive than the Kink Curb but still considered really cheap. It would be easy to convince your mom/dad to buy this bike for you.
I just saw a picture on a Facebook group of a guy asking "what forks should I get next?" The forks were bent backward. This is what happened when you take a bike crash on hi-tensile steel. The parts bend and break a lot easier.
If you get the 2021 Kink Launch, you should be a pretty new rider. The specs are designed to help a new rider get a grip on tricks and progress a little faster due to the smaller 20.25" frame. If you are already riding at a mid or high-level, the Launch will not last your very long.
