The Trio is a low priced bike. Coming in at $379.99 it is priced very similar to the Kink Curb. I like that the bike is so cheap because it will help more people get into the sport.
A beginner level bike will have beginner level quality. This includes single wall rims, low quality hi-tensile steel, loose ball bearings and more.
However, this isn't always a bad thing. If you are a brand new rider, you will want to be able to get a new bmx bike for relatively cheap. By making the bike out of lower quality parts, it becomes really affordable.
The Tiro is a really popular bike this year. It is designed good for a brand new rider who wants to learn beginner tricks, even if you have never ridden a bmx bike before.. The trio will work. However, if you are riding at a mid-level, get a stronger bike.
