The Park Ranger frame is Sundays compact and responsive park machine. The small nature of the geometry will make the Park Ranger frame responsive. Now you can get a technical bike from the company known for their quality. This frame is 5 lbs and available in a handful of colors.
100% 4130 Chromoly Frame
Park and transition inspired geometry.
Nightshift style, double-butted, top and down tubes with proven internal gusseting.
Integrated seat clamp
Butted Seat Tube & Miter Cut Top Tube:
A miter-cut top tube creates a precise joint with the seat stays during welding. This increases the strength substantially over frames that use a “sandwiched” top tube at this critical junction.
Tapered Chain & Seat Stays:
Both chain and seat stays taper to provide a refined and clean look to the frame while still providing strength. They are both angled on the inside for improved chain clearance and weight savings.
Hollow Dropouts with Chain Tensioners:
Hollow 8mm wide dropouts are as light as a solid 5mm dropout, but over twice as strong. There is a small internal chain tensioner to hold the wheel in position and to simplify wheel removal.
Removable Brake Hardware:
Proven, removable, brake mounts and cable guides/stops work flawlessly when installed and allow for a sleek overall look when they’re not.
Introducing our new Park Ranger frame. This frame is designed specifically for technical park, transition and street riding.
The Park Ranger is unique to our frame lineup, and was created to meet the requests of friends and flow riders that were looking for this geometry in our frame offerings. The Park Ranger was also made so even more riders can experience the quality and innovations that Sunday is known for.
This new frame design draws inspiration from the Street Sweeper and makes use of its tube set and short chain stays to help create a tech driven frame with a steep head tube angle, a tall bottom bracket, hollow dropouts with integrated chain tensioners and a significantly lower standover.
The Park Ranger includes all of the necessary (and fully removable) braking and Gyro tab hardware that park and transition riders look for when building a new bike. The frame’s front triangle makes use of traditional round Nightshift-style top and down tubes with proven internal gusseting for added strength.

Getting a top tube that is taller than suggested will make the bike feel more controlled and less responsive
Getting a top tube size that is smaller than normal will make the bike feel a lot more snappy and responsive.
This is a short chainstay.
A short chain stay makes the bike feel twitchy. Spins will be easy, but airing and jumping might feel hard to control.
A long chain stay will make the bike feel really controlled. Spins will feel sluggish, but manuals and air tricks will feel nice because it will be more stable.
Steep head tube angles make the bike “snappy” meaning more responsive to fast turns.
A less steep head tube gives you more control.
This is a small standover.
A tall standover makes your seat higher up and will allow you to pinch it easier when learning barspins.
While a Small Standover will make it harder to bar but easier to whip
The Sunday Park Ranger frame costs $340. Which may seem like a lot. But when you consider all of the other aspects of the frame, it is well worth the price. Sunday is known for the extreme quality that they put in frames. The Park Ranger frame has internal gussets, double butted tubing, and Miter cut top tube just to name s few. All of these things add so much more quality to the frame and ensure that it will last longer than your average stock frame.
*Internal Gussets: Sunday puts slabs of metal inside the tubing that reinforces the common snap points on the welds.
*Double butted tubing: Tubing is thicker where it welds together, keeping the welds thicker and stronger
*Miter Cut top tube: The way that the tubing is cut, is designed so they come together seamlessly creating a much better weld.
Sunday's Park Ranger frame is strong and fairly light. The 5lb weight is almost as light as you can go without compromising strength. The small geometry of this frame make it incredibly responsive and snappy. Perfect for the aspiring park rat, who wants to learn double whips and 720's with ease.
You really will see a huge difference when riding this frame. It is a whole new feeling for someone who is switching from a bigger and less responsive frame.
